INDIANAPOLIS (December 21, 2023) – The Indiana Builders Association (IBA) recently awarded the 2023 Associate of the Year award to Julia Moore, Loan Mortgage Specialist for First Federal Savings Bank, during IBA’s Annual Conference and Board of Directors Meeting.

The Don Cassidy Associate of the Year award recognizes an associate member who has demonstrated outstanding service to the Association. Moore, a Mortgage Loan Specialist at First Federal Savings Bank, has been actively involved with the Builders Association of North Central Indiana (BANCI) for many years, serving on their Board of Directors and several committees since 2008.

Julia is recognized as the ‘go-to person’ within BANCI, and her commitment extends to the state level as well. Julia has earned accolades such as the ‘Associate of the Year’ award from her local association and the title of ‘Woman of the Year’ by her local chamber of commerce.
