24 Aug July Permit Numbers Released
INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The U.S. Census Bureau recently released statewide totals for building permits issued in July and shows 1,497 single-family permits were pulled. This number is basically flat from June of 2018, when 1,493 permits were pulled. The 1,497 permits pulled in July of 2018 are up 14% from the 1,310 permits pulled in July of 2017. The single family permit numbers (9,700) for 2018 are up 7% compared to the first seven months of 2017.
