October permit data is out 🏡

The U.S. Census Bureau reported 2,059 single-family building permits issued statewide in October 2024, up 36% from October 2023 and 16% from September 2024. Year-to-date, 2024 permits total 17,579, a 22% increase over the same period in 2023.
